What went wrong with BJP in these assembly elections?

Hello Everyone.

I am writing this by keeping at least one assumption in mind that all of you are BJP supporter. :-)

Have you guys ever wondered why BJP lost these election and why there are so much debate for these elections in media. One of a debate program on a very famous and pro congress news channel was titled "Piti BJP..." Is this really the case ?

When was the last time BJP (Only BJP) did well in Maharashtra or was in power in Haryana and Aruanchal Pradesh. In Maharashtra we got only 8 less seats from previous elections I don't think this is major loss.

BJP never had a huge mass base in these states despite RSS HQ belongs to Nagpur. I think this is the best example for those who says RSS is backing BJP in political front too.

But why there is so much mess in media?. Answer is Congress has far better media management despite continuously reducing the grass root level workers. They have their own news channels and excellent script writers to praise Gandhi dynasty.

Just to convey the message of 3-0. Center didn't announce the elections of Jharkhand along with these states. Because in Jharkhand no one can stop BJP.

Knowing all these I still have few questions in my mind

1. Why do we need narrow minded and region based ally? After all BJP is a national party and national issue is always a regional issue.

2. In Maharashtra during all these drive against North Indians Infosys has moved out 3000 jobs from pune due to delay in construction. Why these kind of issues were not raised in assembly?

3. At the end of day everyone needs good and transparent leadership during 6 years of NDA rule there was no scam at all. If there was. Congress would have highlighted in their very own Media. Why don't we convey this to public ?

4. It's a party where we have foundatoin stones laid by Dr. Mukherjee, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayaya, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Advani ji.. endless list is there. But don't know why we are looking for face ?

5. Our MP's should question in parliament why there is no electricity in Kalawati's home as for the last 10 ten years congress is there.

6. We should question why NCP is working with congress. Since NCP birth was there on the basis of not giving PM post to any foriegn born citizen. But they are ok with the chairperson post of same group by same person. What exactly the difference between congress and NCP. Can any body tell this?

I strongly believe that party in power has strong role to play only when opposition is willing to audit every decision took by goverment.

Am I right ?

Waiting for your suggestions...

Why to vote for BJP ?

Ever since the elections announced I was scratching my head to whom I should vote. What points to consider.  Candidate’s profile or development issues. According to every party their candidates are best and every one has list of development in their bags.

Then I thought to move to the core issues.

I don’t want to get in all HOT issues. Rather I choose to pick the coolest one and want to put some light on these not so HOT problems. But I strongly feel these issues are the foundation stone for building any social or political organization.

I always believe “A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him.”

This is exactly happened with BJP. Lotus bloomed despite of all odds. Right from North to South.

Here is the list for reasons why you vote for BJP.

1. Politics is not the family business for BJP.

This is one of the strongest points which differs BJP from all the parties especially national rival congress. Without any member of Gandhi clan there is no congress. Now a days senior congress leaders are claiming that Rahul Gandhi is now ready to be a PM.  I am quite sure this is just to prove there loyalty towards 10 janpath.

Don’t worry 30 years down the line children of these leaders will claim the same for next Gandhi or Vadra generation.

Is this a democracy? I don’t think so. If there is no democracy inside the party how can you assume they can practice this for country?

Not only with Gandhi family. Every senior leader of party has settled the career of their wards in this business. You name it you have it.

Contrary to this in BJP you cannot find this culture.  All our leaders. Advaniji, M M Joshi, Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitely have kids. You might don’t know the name of them.

2. Inheritance.

“You can't start at the top.“

This might have been the motto of founders of this esteemed organization. Be it Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee or Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya. or Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Dr. Mukherjee said once on the issue of special status of Jammu and Kashmir "Ek desh mein do Vidhan, do Pradhan aur Do Nishan nahi chalenge".  (A single country can't have two constitutions, two prime ministers, and two National Emblems)

This problem still stands in front of us in the name Common Civil Code.  Id card was required to enter in Jammu and Kashmir just because of his effort this rule was evoked.

Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya a gold medalist student. Even qualified the civil services but didn’t join just to work with common people.  He is the one who gave us the concept of Integral Humanism.  A concept with an "integral" approach that attempts to create a harmonious society. This could be done, by satisfying the needs of the body (hunger, shelter), the mind (traditions), intelligence (reforms), and the soul (common aspirations of a people that shape their unique culture).

This is called vision.

3. Pseudo Secularism

What is the definition of secularism?

Goerge Jacob Holyake once defined this term “It is the assertion that governmental practices or institutions should exist separately from religion and/or religious beliefs.”

Is this practiced by congress party?

Have a look on congress policies for minorities.

It was always necessary for Congress to create circumstances that emphasised their separation rather than integration. Congress ensured that muslims were not educated in common institution. For years they would rather fund religious madarsas than secular Urdu-medium schools.  A perfect example of this is the reservation of 50 per cent of all seats in Aligarh Muslim University would be reserved for Muslims. Have you ever heard about religion based reservation? With this they are just dividing the youth. Why?

At the National Development Council meeting, the Prime Minister declared that the Muslim community has "first claim" on India's development resources.  The Congress has initiated an unhealthy, divisive and potentially dangerous political trend.

BJP believes that Muslims are an inseparable part of India. They should share the same struggle with common people for economic prosperity, social dignity or education. By separating Muslim issues from the rest, the Government is creating an artificial divide, breeding resentment and nurturing divisive forces.

Friends, If you feel above mentioned issues are worth less. There are lots of others reasons I can share like.

        Telecom Reforms.

Before 1999 have you ever imagined to get landline in 1 week. Now a rickhaw puller is having a mobile phone.

        Golden quadrilateral project.

This was the largest express highway project in India covering 5846 km. connecting Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.

        Gujrat: A role model

Gujarat 's GDP growth rate is 10.6%. If it was a nation it would have been 67th richest nation in the world above many European and Asian economies like Taiwan and Ukraine.

List is end less...

Now the ball is in your court

Happy Voting !!!
